Last day in California! Spencer had been begging to go to the beach and spend some unhurried time, so we accommodated him.

The first thing Isaac did is make a beeline to the freezing water and get soaked. Within two minutes he was DONE with the beach! I took him back to the car to dry off and warm up and we spent some time people- and dog-watching while we waited for everyone else.

Jeremy played football to Jacob's heart's content.

It was a beautiful, overcast day at the beach. There were probably 100 surfers we could see and it was fun watching them ride the waves. Spencer and Noah just love digging and playing with the water.

There were just a couple of things we wanted to finish up at Disneyland. We boarded the Mark Twain riverboat for a lazy river ride and then explored Innoventions.

Innoventions was super cool! Jacob and Isaac took their turn at the microphone to sing from "Camp Rock".

I can't remember exactly what these are called, but the interactive tabletop computers were mind-boggling in their capacity. The kids were manipulating photos, doing puzzles, and playing in water. Then we used the satellite map function to find our house in Mesa. Which reminded us...time to go home.

On the road again. Time for some home, sweet, home.
