Disney, Day 3

Another early morning in California!

Jeremy took the three older boys to Fastpass Space Mountain while I took Isaac to Fastpass Indiana Jones. Jeremy snapped this picture of Spencer, Noah and Jacob. Just as Isaac and I rounded this corner at the entrance, there was a man making the last call for passengers to ride on his firetruck. Isaac and I jumped on board and then surprised Jeremy and the boys as we passed them! Jeremy couldn't get the camera back out fast enough and so the firetruck picture is just a blur. But Isaac was so excited!

The Matterhorn: One of our family's very favorite rides!

We spent a peaceful morning in Fantasyland and Toontown, except for getting sick on the Mad Tea Party teacups.

Isaac wanted to spin and spin like his brothers!

Alice in Wonderland: you know, it's crazy how they take all these sweet movies with great messages and focus on the scary parts of the movie when they make the rides!

Loved this: they gave each person in line at the Dumbo ride a feather to hold so they could fly! So cute!

Spencer and Noah on Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. A little unsettling thinking about Spencer getting his driver's license in less than two years!

It really was a quiet morning at Toontown. The boys had fun doing all the zany tricks and gags.

Remember Roger Rabbit? His Car Toon Spin ride was pretty cool.

We were playing at Donald's Boat and Goofy's Bounce House when the two of them showed up! They were the most interactive, cute characters we saw while we were there!

The mouse himself: Mickey! After we visited with him, we had promised the boys we'd go home and swim and nap and rest before staying late for the fireworks tonight. It was a wise move!

On the way back to Disneyland after our refreshing break, we stopped at the Disney Pixar Parade. So Awesome! We saw the characters from Up...

Monsters, Inc...
The Incredibles...

Finding Nemo...
(speaking of, the most amazing thing we did at California Adventures was Turtle Talk with Crush. This is a MUST-DO if you are ever there!)

A Bug's Life...

Toy Story's Buzz...

and Woody...

But the best of all was seeing Lightning McQueen driving down the street...

and his best friend, Mater, bringing up the rear!

After a dinner of pulled pork sandwiches in New Orleans Square, we found a spot (a small miracle) to watch Fantasmic. Wow! I had forgotten how fantastic this show could be! Incredible! We chose not to fight the mass exodus leaving the park after the fireworks so we rode a couple of rides and then jumped on the Monorail.

Here we are exiting the Monorail at the station closest to our car. We are all so tired! Only one more day before we head home to Mesa!
