We kind of laughed at the pomp and circumstance of the first annual TJH 8th Grade Promotion ceremony. Some of the kids were dressed to the nines and huge groups of family members were cheering and whistling like it was high school graduation. Balloons, stuffed animals, banners, etc., were everywhere.
Noah poked fun by wearing his tux t-shirt, and we laughed even harder when we read the generic certificate the school gave out: it stated that Noah had completed Elementary School.
Luckily, his close friends could laugh a little, too. At least they didn't have to go to class for a few hours. Ha!
