This week the letter of the week for Joy School was "V." I had all the kids bring a different vegetable to put in a veggie soup. We stirred it and watched it cook and then we all got to try it. It was really yummy! Most of the kids ate it all and asked for more. (Thanks for the idea, Ethan!)
